SAN DIEGO WEATHER RECAP FOR 2015

Generally speaking, 2015 was a very warm year with about average rainfall. The average temperature was 67.5, which is 3.9 degrees above average. The total rainfall was 9.89", which is 0.45 below the average of 10.34". I've included a month-by-month breakdown below:

This next map shows the percentage of normal precipitation, which helps to spot which areas were abnormally dry. You can see that most of the state was hurting for rain. Although rainfall was slightly below normal in San Diego, most of California was much below normal. However, in regards to rainfall (or lack thereof) no records were broken this year  The next two maps show temperatures across the entire country.
